After that you are basically ready – your placement in the program is secured, and you do not have to wait for months just to know if you have been accepted or not. First, select the destination, university and program that you always dreamed of. If you need help in your decision-making, contact us at any time.
Tip: Confirm your study abroad plans, including course selections, with your home institution first. This way you will already know if the study credits you earn abroad can be counted towards your degree at home.

Read the application instructions and fill out the application for the university or program of your choice.
We’ll process your application in 1-3 working days, after which we send you an email with a confirmation of your study abroad placement and further instructions.
Soon after you get the initial acceptance letter as a confirmation of your study placement, we send you an invoice for the application fee. This small fee is payable within 10 days and by paying it, you accept your placement in the program.

Please note that you cannot apply for a student visa yet. This will be possible with the official University acceptance that is sent to you roughly 6 – 4 weeks before the semester.

You will be invoiced the tuition fee about 2.5 months before the start of the semester.
You will get the host university’s official acceptance letter roughly a month before the semester starts.
The official acceptance letter is the correct document to apply for a student visa. Depending on the destination, applying for the visa might take from a few days up to a couple of weeks.
Once you have your student visa, you’re good to go! Pack your bags, throw a farewell party and step into the best adventure of your life!
